Thank you for your interest in “Catering by Sabra”. Listed below are the different services we provide to make your vacation on Maui one you will never forget. All services are based on a four-hour minimum with additional State of Hawaii 4.166% tax & 18% service charge.

Personal On Site Chef Service-$60.00 to $100.00 per hour and up depending on the job requirements and, based on number of guests, season, and service requested. Whether it is a dinner for two or twenty, custom menu to accommodate all of your needs. I can meet any and all dietary needs. Enjoy a first class, gourmet dining experience with the luxury of staying in.

Shopping Service-$30.00-$40.00 per hour-Arrive to Maui and your vacation rental will be stocked with all your favorite foods and beverages. If it is available on Maui, we will find it for you and deliver it to your doorstep. No arriving tired and jet lagged to have to shop and stand in lines. We do it for you.

Food Servers and Assistants-$30.00-$40.00 per hour-The food server is there to make you feel as you should when you are on vacation. While enjoying the delicious meal, they will take care of serving you just like you are at five star restaurant. The chef’s assistant aids in food preparation, food execution and kitchen clean up.

Bartenders-$30.00-$40.00 per hour-Let us mix you up a pitcher of pina coladas or mai tai’s before dinner while enjoying some pupu’s poolside and watching the sunset. From great martini’s to island favorites.

Butler Service- $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, based on number of guests, season, and service requested. Butler service to include errands (dry cleaning, shopping, newspapers, etc.), serving all food and beverages indoors and outdoors, including room service, refreshing beach/pool towels and all miscellaneous services as requested, pre-service set up and clean up, and turn down service with an orchid and chocolate on the pillows.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to 120 days before event date is subject to a 100% refund, cancellation prior to 90 days before event date is a 50% refund, and cancellation within 90 days prior to the event is no refund due to loss of business.

Upon receipt of funds there will be no cancellation provision as the event date is within a 75-day window.
